Lindsay joins LGC with experience from various industries including hospitality, medicine, and legal administration. Combining the knowledge gained from working in these different industries has helped her to develop a unique skill set, evident in her organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Lindsay demonstrates a dedicated and focused work ethic, and a tremendous ability to multi-task making her a valuable addition to the LGC Team.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and is OSHA 30 Certified.
Theresa Reich
Project Associate
Bringing a wealth of practical experience to her role at LGC, Theresa is a seasoned professional in project management, team leadership, and facility management.
Theresa’s career journey includes pivotal roles such as Development/Education Manager and Facility Manager. Her track record showcases her dynamic approach to project coordination, orchestrating successful professional events, managing program implementation, and overseeing maintenance and construction activities.
Known for her unyielding work ethic, strong attention to detail, and effective organizational skills, Theresa has earned respect in her field. Her commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with the demands of her role at LGC.
Theresa is enthusiastic about leveraging her experience to contribute to LGC’s team, ensuring successful outcomes and furthering the organization’s success.

Hayley Hummel
Project Lead
As a seasoned professional in the realm of luxury building, Hayley joined the LGC team with a wealth of expertise and an unmatched commitment to excellence enabling her to seamlessly transition into the world of Owner Representation Project Consulting as a result.
Hayley recognizes that successful project consultation extends far beyond just “overseeing” the project by prioritizing and ensuring the upmost client satisfaction. With her steadfast commitment to ensuring project timelines, budgets, and client needs are met, Hayley consistently delivers results that not just meet expectations but exceed them.
Through clear communication, detailed planning, proactive problem-solving, and expert consultation, Hayley ensures that each project is meticulously executed and tailored to meet the unique requirements of each one of her clients. Her approach fosters lasting relationships founded in trust and transparency.
Hayley graduated with honors when obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida and is OSHA 30 Certified.
Maria Wimberly
Project Lead
Before joining LGC, Maria provided administrative support for a newly launched low-voltage firm for close to a decade. As Office Manager, she played a big role in the company’s start-up as well as the establishment of the firm’s protocols and procedures. Maria also acted as a liaison between the firm’s operation team and clients and coordinated installations with the various property managers, boards of directors, and community residents.
Maria prides herself on performing thorough due diligence so she can provide viable solutions to the many challenges of any given project. She has an exceptionally strong work ethic that drives her to get her work done efficiently, effectively, and timely. She takes pride in her work and the work product she produces, and always strives to do her best even when no one is watching.
Maria obtained a degree in education from Miami-Dade College. She is also a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and is OSHA 30 Certified.
Carmen Ana Perez Rios
Senior Project Lead
Carmen began her career as the Development and Planning Coordinator of a waterfront housing community which included residential 3-story walk-ups and recreational amenities. She also led the efforts for the design and construction of a residential project and residential single-family homes. She played a significant role in the success of these multimillion-dollar projects as a liaison between the client, design professionals, and contractors.
In addition to many other roles within the industry, she has also led the Disaster Relief Program, funded by UMCOR & FEMA, as Director of Construction for the reconstruction of approximately 1,300 homes damaged during hurricanes Irma and Maria. This four-year disaster relief project has tested Carmen’s ability, endurance, and skillsets in managing all phases of restoration and reconstruction for hundreds of individual projects at a given moment.
Since her time with LGC, Carmen has provided expert consultation through the planning, preconstruction, construction, and close-out phases of multiple retail buildouts with exceptionally aggressive schedules. Her ability to guide these projects to completion in a timely fashion so the client could reap the benefits of a quick return on investments has made her invaluable to both LGC and the client alike.
In addition to successfully providing expert project consultation for our commercial clients, Carmen has successfully consulted large-scale, multifaceted, capital improvement projects for our condominium association clients as well. Her dedication, diligence, and experience have enabled her to maintain control of some of LGC’s most challenging projects while remaining committed to providing the quality services LGC is known for.
Carmen has also graduated with honors while earning multiple higher education degrees, along with obtaining various certifications including OSHA 30.
Dave Karvoski
Project Executive
Dave worked his way through college by wearing a tool belt and gaining invaluable exposure to hands-on applications and estimating in the construction industry.
In the early 90’s, Dave delved into the material side of the business where he received formal training in repair compounds, high-performance coatings, epoxies, and various waterproofing systems. Performing as an independent consultant representing a global leader from England, and a coating manufacturer based out of Texas, Dave became actively engaged in the building envelope and roofing industry servicing contractors, as well as various stakeholders.
This combined experience led him into General Contracting where he wore multiple hats as estimator, project manager, and onsite project superintendent in ground-up high-rise construction as well as restoration to existing structures.
Dave has become one of LGC’s most valuable resources due to his extensive knowledge and experience within the many sectors of the construction industry. His ability to provide suggested alternatives to established means, methods, and materials, through expert consultation, has enabled him to save our clients substantial time and money without compromising the quality expected.
Dave holds multiple certifications in construction, including Project Coordinator and Project Management certifications.
Donna Trana
Project Lead
Donna’s professional career began as a Project Associate with LGC where she provided assistance to some of LGC’s Lead Consultants on multiple restaurant redesigns/remodels. Subsequently, she earned her way to Project Lead by expanding her knowledge and experience in the industry, while successfully providing expert project consultation on over a dozen fast-paced, complicated, restaurant buildouts in various states throughout the U.S. within a 12-month period for one of our most demanding clients. Her ability to deliver high-quality results, maintain composure, and prosper under pressure has made Donna respected by her LGC colleagues and clients alike.
She has taken her communication skills, ability to multi-task, and diligent organization qualities and used them to be the effective problem solver she is today. As a result of her skillsets and success within the firm, she continues to help LGC provide stellar Owner Representation Project Consultant services to all of our clients. Donna maintained a double major in Political Science and International Affairs, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. Donna is also OSHA 30 Certified.
Patrick Buckley
Project Associate
Patrick has spent nearly 30 years in the hospitality industry where he has become accustomed to thriving in stressful, fast-paced environments with an ability to maintain composure and professionalism at all times.
The various roles he has filled throughout his career have also helped him hone his client relation skills; most recently as Director of Hospitality where his ability to effectively communicate and respond to his client’s needs has proven to consistently exceed his client’s expectations.
As Patrick transitioned from hospitality management to Owner Representation Project Consulting, he applied the same exceptional skillset, which has proven to be an asset to the LGC brand.
Patrick is OSHA 30 Certified.
Michael Diana
Project Lead
Michael spent most of his career buying businesses which he built over time to become financially strong, efficient, and profitable. As each business reached its pinnacle, Michael sold and moved on to the next, with his largest endeavor being the development of Diana Beverage Corp. where he built one of the largest beverage routes in New York State.
In addition to his keen eye for fruitful business opportunities, Michael has an eye for the built environment and the detailed process of procurement and construction. As one of LGC’s Project Leads, Michael provides vital support by contributing his knowledge and experience through consultation with the various teams.
Michael is OSHA 30 Certified.
Kelly Kuhn
Vice President
Business Development & Recruiting
Kelly doesn’t look nearly as old as his resume would lead you to believe, and it is rumored he colors his hair gray to appear older.
Kelly brings over 30 years’ experience in selling, business development & recruiting. He served most of his career in the Washington DC market but relocated permanently to paradise in January 2019, after decades of spending his vacations in Florida.
Whether it was working for IBM, selling real estate, executive recruiting or chasing hurricanes, he was always learning from the experience, preparing him to be part of the LGC Team.
Kelly serves two roles for LGC, business development & recruiting talent, which allows him to balance the demands of both. He spends countless hours networking to generate business and to seek out the best people to join the LGC Team.
When Kelly isn’t working, you can find him losing golf balls on some of the finest public golf courses in South Florida or taking selfies with industry professionals.

Jennifer Smith-LaGreca
Director of Design
& Construction Consultation
Jennifer is a Florida State Licensed Architect who has obtained her Master in Architecture Degree from FIU, and Interior Architecture Degree from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
As Director of Design and Construction Consultation, Jennifer provides global oversight and guidance to multiple teams in an effort to ensure the team’s success with some of LGC’s most challenging projects and programs.
Jennifer not only has an incredible eye for timeless design, but she utilizes creative, yet efficient, approaches in expert project consultation to maintain the momentum necessary to push projects to the finish line. Her knack for creative problem-solving, attention to detail, positive disposition, and ability to communicate with all industry professionals has proven her to be an invaluable asset to our team in the complicated process of design and construction.
Jennifer is OSHA 30 Certified.
George Strom
Principal
George has proven to be an invaluable asset to LGC as he brings a proven track record by providing expert project consultation for multiple large-scale capital improvement projects and intense workloads while surpassing his client’s expectations.
George rose in the ranks of the Owner Rep industry during the course of his career and has successfully guided his clients to the finish line time and time again.
George leads by example by displaying strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage large workloads, and an even-keeled demeanor to handle the most high-pressure situations. He is highly respected by the team at LGC, along with the entire industry of professionals we work with.

Daniel Villegas
Project Lead
Daniel’s professional career commenced as a Project Associate where he assisted some of LGC’s Lead Consultants on numerous projects with a variety of scopes including complicated interior and exterior restoration and beautification projects within several condominium communities.
Daniel is passionate about his work and is committed to delivering quality to all his projects, colleagues, and clients, earning him a position as Project Lead with LGC. Daniel is OSHA 30 Certified and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, while continuously expanding his knowledge in construction, making him a great asset for LGC and our clients.
James LaGreca
Founder & CEO
James has managed countless construction projects, representing hundreds of millions in project budgets. His unique blend of hands-on experience and sophisticated understanding of design and construction enable him to provide expert consultation and construction management services to all his clients.
James holds a Master of Architecture degree from Florida International University and is both a Certified General Contractor and Certified Construction Manager. He has also taught construction and architectural courses at both Florida International University and Miami-Dade College with a concentration in Structural Systems and Design.
As Founder & CEO of LG Consultants, he provides global oversight to all the firm’s projects ensuring our clients are receiving the personalized, professional, expert guidance expected.
Kelly Murray
Project Associate
Kelly comes to LGC with over 25 years of managerial experience in sales, operations, brand logistics, risk management, team management, employee relations, and computer software applications.
She possesses an unyielding work ethic that sets her apart from the rest and is well-known and respected for her meticulous organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Kelly also carries a Bachelor’s of Science from The University of South Florida and is OSHA 30 Certified.
Sandy Okonski
Operations Manager
Sandy brings over 35 years’ experience in administration functions as LGC’s Operations Manager where she provides support to the executive team to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
Her organizational skills are invaluable and have been a major contributor to LGC’s rapid growth, while her high level of integrity and professionalism have helped foster trust with our team, and our clients alike.
Sandy attended Columbia-Greene Community College, holds a degree in Applied Science, and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Thomas Murray
Director of Operations
Thomas has earned the position of Director of Operations with LGC after successfully providing expert project consultation on a wide range of projects throughout his years in the industry. He is known for his detailed nature due to his meticulous and thorough approach to the task at hand, along with exceptional organizational skills when consulting complex projects.
Before entering the world of Owner Representation Project Consulting, Thomas worked at the New York Mercantile Exchange where he managed trading booths in the energy and metal derivative markets such as Crude Oil, Natural Gas, and Gold futures. Thomas was responsible for brokering and executing trades for banks, hedge funds, and energy companies, as well as overseeing, confirming, and clearing trades above tens of millions of dollars.
Thomas is respected by his LGC colleagues and clients for his ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and his ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all project participants and stakeholders.
Thomas is OSHA 30 Certified.
Carla Bisio-Strom
Project Lead
Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Carla made her way to South Florida in 2015 where she gained valuable experiences in the Hospitality Industry, including the opening of Five Star Hotels and Restaurants. She brings to LGC years of management experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask some of the most challenging and stressful situations. This experience has taught her the importance of the “team” and how each member of the team contributes to the “big picture” of success.
Carla has applied her many skillsets to become an efficient, effective, results-driven Project Lead Consultant who takes pride in maintaining a high level of quality control throughout any given project. Her knack for building strong relationships with the project team lends a hand in ensuring the alignment of goals with those of our stakeholders relative to schedule, budget, and quality. Her dedication, diligence, and unparalleled work ethic are just a few reasons she repeatedly exceeds her client’s expectations.
Carlos Marques
Project Executive
Carlos joined LGC with nearly 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Carlos’ extensive field experience and background in the trades, enable him to lead his teams through the various complexities faced during all phases of construction by applying his experiences to the expert project consultation he provides, all while holding everyone accountable for the quality and delivery expected of his clients.
His expertise in the industry has helped him minimize cost overruns and time delays by consulting with the various design professionals to establish accurately defined scopes from the onset and suggesting efficient approaches to sequencing the work.
Carlos graduated from SUNY Farmingdale with degrees in Construction Management and Management Technology and is OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 Certified.
