LGC is an Owner Representation Project Consulting firm providing expert project consultation to our clients for the complete oversight, guidance, and management of all project participants, with the client’s best interest at the forefront of it all.
LGC was established by the firm’s Founder & CEO, James LaGreca, who has been intimately involved in the South Florida Owner Representation sector for over a decade.
LGC’s team has been carefully curated to maintain and provide the high level of critical thinking, creative problem solving, and expert project consultation services to be expected of seasoned industry professionals.
We believe expert consultation should yield successful project outcomes, measured by minimizing cost, time, and disruption to the clients and communities we represent.

OUR STORY
Raised in construction, James began working for his father’s general contracting company at a very early age. His love for building and creating with his own two hands has led him down a long and exciting path within the industry.
As he grew within the business, he decided to start his own construction company where he held himself and his team to the highest standard and refused to accept anything less than perfection.
Seeking new experiences, James made the move from his hometown of New York to the City of Miami, where he continued his work, pursued a formal education in Architecture from Florida International University, and subsequently began teaching Structural Systems & Design in the Architecture Department. In addition to obtaining a Master of Architecture degree from FIU, James also obtained his licensing and certification as a General Contractor and Construction Manager.
His invaluable experience and education within the industry was then applied to the world of Owner Representation Project Consultation, where he has provided expert consultation for countless construction projects representing hundreds of millions in project budgets.
To manage the growth as an Owner Representative, James began hand selecting and personally training a specialized team who have helped build a reputation as the premier Owner Representation Project Consulting firm of South Florida.
The LGC team applies its knowledge, experience, and expertise towards perfecting the process of project consultation, while mitigating time and cost overruns which plague the industry ultimately providing ownership with the peace of mind they deserve.
