Project Close-Out
LGC monitors the overall close-out process and delivers a final product which exceeds client expectations.
- Collect and review all project closeout documents
- Monitor progress of final Design Professional and/or Municipality inspections
- Confirm the closeout of all open permits
- Confirm lender closeout requirements
- Deliver all documentation to Client in the form of organized electronic records
