  • Track and maintain project budgets and schedules

Phase 04

Project Close-Out

LGC monitors the overall close-out process and delivers a final product which exceeds client expectations.

  • Collect and review all project closeout documents
  • Monitor progress of final Design Professional and/or Municipality inspections
  • Confirm the closeout of all open permits
  • Confirm lender closeout requirements
  • Deliver all documentation to Client in the form of organized electronic records
